Project Coordinator/Project Officer - English Speaking Contract in Zür

Please note due to the urgency of this contract WE CAN ONLY CONSIDER CANDIDATES WHO ARE ALREADY LOCATED IN SWITZERLAND.

THE JOB:

- Fusion project replaces the HR core platform technology with Oracle's new Human Resources enterprise software.
- A critical part of the project is to make sure that applications consuming HR data are still working and functioning properly.
- There are around 400 such downstream consumers of HR data. We are close to entering Cycle 2 of this downstream testing. Managing this huge number of consumers naturally requires lots of interaction and communication with all sorts of involved parties. Involved parties are the owners of the consuming applications and the technical teams supporting the downstream consumers tuning and potentially remediating their interface queries.
- The central team within HR supporting this activity is currently two persons strong and we need to strengthen that team and capacity. In addition to the central team leading this activity we also got regional teams supporting us and collaborating with us
- Interact with IT and HR Business to ensure a detailed analysis of the respective data consumptions
- Coordinate consumers during test preparation and execution
- Support the run the bank in stabilization phase

WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH:

- Ideally you are a graduate
- +2 years commercial experience
- Good organizational skills
- Good communication skills - good command of English language in written and orally (no other language required if English is mother language)
- Natural skills to deal with people across the globe
- Nice to have: Any general IT experience. A good level of MS Excel or SQL programming a big advantage but not a pre-requisite
