ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a project coordinator/PMO you will be supporting project managers with the global mass rollout of an updated operating system. You will be responsible for coordinating between the IT team, the business and the project team. You main duties will be to ensure effective communication regarding:

- Migration Planning
- Migration Communication
- Migration Data and Date validation
- Migration Controlling

MAIN TASKS:

- Support all migration planning and scheduling related activities
- Support incident management team during pilot phase
- Report migration plan and progress

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- 2 years Project coordinator/PMO experience required
- Fluent German & English is a MUST (French, Italian an other languages a bonus)
- Very good knowledge of MS Office products (Excel, Access)
- Good IT knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great organisation and communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
- Previous experience in a banking environment is an asset
- PMO or project management qualification is a plus
