Our client active in the Pharmaceutical industry is looking for a: Project Coordinator for Procurement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Coordinate the Suppliers Selection Process for a series of projects and secure full compliance to the process (internally & externally).
- Make sure that the selected suppliers will be ready to perform and the purchased items delivered on time according to the projects plan.
- Be for the customer,suppliers and stakeholders the unique entry gate to Procurement, coordinating with the other Procurement streams.
- Align all stakeholders to ensure a one voice communication and represent the organisation when negotiating with suppliers.
- Be responsible of the tendering process, including but not limited to:

. Request for Information, Request for Price and for Quotation,
. offers analysis,
. negotiations with suppliers related to the business, support to other functions to leverage suppliers,
. GO NO GO to next stages,
. Feedback to suppliers,
. Appropriate communication and reporting to stakeholders and management,
. Update teamsite and database with appropriate information,
. Records the savings in appropriate tools.
- Secure the delivery of requested 'Improvement Programs' with each supplier awarded with an IM business related to the project.

[An 'Improvement Programs' is a formal and binding process that fosters continuous improvement.It early and proactively commits suppliers to execute
a series of actions to strengthen the overall quality of their solutions,
their security of supply and total costs].
- Ensure deployment and adherence of new ways of working to the stakeholders (Supplier selection process and Improvement Program).
- Liaise with the Sourcing Group Manager in charge of the suppliers that are awarded parts of the business and leverage the suppliers to create value for

the organisation beyond the project. Ensure that the project management is aligned with the global strategy of the category.
- Develop collaboration cross functions and contribute to increase awareness of added value that Procurement can contribute to deliver.
- Communicate success in an appropriate manner

PREREQUISITES

Knowledge:

- Strong knowledge and experience in Project Management
- Strong Procurement experience
- Demonstrate previous ability to deliver project on-time in full
- Stakeholders management:
- He/She needs to quickly understand the Stakeholders Expectations
- He/She has to adapt his/her communication according to the Stakeholders (flexibility according the SH)
- Enable Stakeholders to ensure compliance in the process
- Be able to coordinate his/her work with the SGMs and delegate his/her work.
- Ability to understand the Procurement Global Strategy
- Be able to engage his/her stakeholders
- Strong ability to develop partnership & relationship with the stakeholders
- Strong negotiation skills (with Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders)
- Strong communication skills
- Autonomy and adaptability
- Highly motivated profile that wants to be implicated until the end of this project
- Languages: French and English
