Project Coordinator/PMO Analyst - Contract

Acting as a key project resource you will be responsible for coordinating global project activities with project managers and programme managers. Responsible for assisting in resource management, budget control and project tracking you will gain exposure to a dynamic project environment within the international banking, technology industry.

A great step up for a junior-mid level PMO Analyst/Project Coordinator, this role will give you the chance to use the skills you have developed over the past 2-3 years in a similar role whilst being a part of a global reengineering programmes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Coordinate project activities from budget control to resource planning
- Maintain an oversight of documentation and processes for multiple projects
- Work in collaboration with stakeholders including Global Programme Managers Project Managers
- Identify and improve organisation and coordination across the project

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3+ years of experience in a similar PMO Coordinator role within the investment banking industry
- Strong grasp of Service Transition Management, Technology Change Management and Incident Management
- Experience in maintaining and tracking project plans, resource plans and project budgets
- Demonstrable experience in presenting to global stakeholders
- Sound documentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
