One of our major client is urgently looking for a Project Coordinator for Long term rolling contract based in Brussels

The Project Coordinator will have the following skill set and experience:

* 1-2 years' Experience/knowledge in Pharma/Vaccine R&D processes
* Support of the team though project coordination and submission meeting preparation and follow up, is required

These Services shall be performed on-GSK sites:

o Administration tasks related to CTD/CARS
o Link of documents across folders in CARS
o Naming of the docs following Content Plan
o Search of literature
o Create RocsBox requests
o Create bookmarks and cross-references
o Check "Word" aspects (tables, figures...)
o of all documents
o Check PDF rendition of all documents

Language: English
Duration: 12 months (with possibility of extension)
Start Date: 26/02/18
