PROJECT COORDINATOR - PART TIME

Founded in 2000 by Nick Speller, the Speller International team has built an enviable reputation as experts in the field of SAP resourcing and recruitment across Australia and Asia Pacific.

This is a part time position that involves the coordination and management of internal organisational and client focused projects in order to support Speller International's high performing management, sales and resourcing team.

Key Responsibilities

Tender/Proposal and Document Management

- Working with the BDM's and the Director in the development of comprehensive client tender and proposal documents (RFI's and RFP's) including development of content, proofreading and management of associated documentation
- Reviewing, analysing and proofreading legal documents including contracts and client agreements
- Development of sophisticated corporate presentations for clients and internal staff meetings

WEBSITE & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

- Ongoing liaison with external consultancy in the management of website content and social media content and scheduling
- Ongoing liaison and coordination of internal staff who are responsible for monitoring social media feedback
- Assisting in the development of content for Speller International blog, newsletter and articles

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT COORDINATION

- Research into, management and coordination of external training courses for internal staff and management of current courses being undertaken by staff
- Coordinating training sessions with external consultants, management of venues, session documents and any other requirements

SUPPLIER MANAGEMENT

- Deal with a wide range of external suppliers including equipment technicians, professional bodies, consultants etc.
- Assistance in the preparation of events

TEAM SUPPORT

- Flexibility and willingness to support the Office Manager, Director and all members of the team, regardless of the task

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

- Proven project management experience and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Experience working within recruitment
- Experience in administration management
- Strong online/web based technology experience
- Exposure to corporate social media channels including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook
- Strong writing ability and demonstrated content development experience

This is a challenging and dynamic role in a hardworking, fast paced organisation located in Lygon Street, Carlton. You will need to be dedicated, focused, flexible and experienced to be successful in this role.

This is a part time position that will commence on a temporary basis, with a view to permanence. Ideally you will be available each week for a minimum of 27 hours.
