PROJECT COORDINATOR

DESCRIPTION:

1. Adding New Projects/Resources/Agreements in Time Reporting Tool

2. Resource Profile Management and Maintenance (Making Updates, Password Resets, User Access etc)

3. Training

4.Provides technical and administrative support to project manager(s).

5.Formats documentation, including creation of templates and Shell files.

6.Creates Adobe files and CDs as necessary.

7.Uses variety of software tools sufficiently to support all aspects of the project.

8.Responsible for final assembly and quality of printed materials.

9.Assists with logistics for arranging off-site and department meetings.

10.Assists in maintenance of libraries, databases and graphic management logs.

11.Assists with development of general graphic designs to enhance technical documents.

12.Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Intermediate to Expert Excel (Strong Background in Pivot Tables, Macros and Formulas)

2. Ability to Multi-Task

3. Analytical Desired Skills:

4. Adept with technology

5. Verbal and Written Skills

6. MS Office skills

7.BA or BS preferred (HS/GED required) plus minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience.
