PROJECT COORDINATOR - MARKETING/HEALTHCARE-60%

MAIN TASKS:

Be part of an exciting new initiative to implementing a completely new digital business from scratch in the international task force within Client's EMEA-LATAM region. As project coordinator you will contribute significantly to ensure the momentum of projects and activities of the team and thus to achieving our business objectives.

MAIN TASKS OF THE ROLE ARE TO: -
-Create, track and maintain project plan for task force and task force activities, ensuring coordination between subteams of the task force and follow-up on agreed actions
-support task force groups in projects to develop new tools and materials
-execute required actions
-Plan and coordinate meetings, capture and document outcomes
-Manage task force communications incl set-up of regional newsletter and global lead dissemination
-Creating and executing analyses of specific marketing/commercial questions via surveys, desk-research and other sources/approaches
-Support integration of digital business into business IT processes
-Maintain and disseminate task force-created tools and materials

Requirements:
-Commercial/marketing project management preferably in an international environment
-Project or administrative assistance, meeting organisation, minute-taking
-Implementation support for new business processes
-Good working experience in Office package - in particular Excel and Powerpoint
-Google mail and drive
-Project management software advantageous

Nice to have:
-Prior experience in a digital/SaaS or healthcare business environment is advantageous
-Saleforce.com knowledge advantageous

EDUCATION:
-Business/marketing degree
-Scientific/technical (medical, biosciences, IT) degrees will be considered if relevant work experience is given

LANGUAGES:
* Fluent in English and German is nice to have
