Project Coordinator (m/f/d) Global Marketing Automation Platform

Currently, we are looking for a Project Coordinator Global Marketing Automation Platform for our customer in Nuremberg.

The following tasks should be done:
+ Coordination of the implementation, testing, execution and reporting on Hubspot-based campaigns for lead management, lead nurturing, lead scoring and lead routing
+ Building program templates for marketing campaigns and drip nurturing campaigns
+ Planning and implementing data quality strategies and processes including cleansing, deduplication, data enrichment, data appending
+ Leverage marketing automation, CRM, and other business intelligence platforms such as Salesforce to report on all digital marketing activity including contribution to opportunities and revenue.
+ Setup of/ update guidelines and processes, examples and best practice for marketing automation
+ Reporting on status of HubSpot usage and knowledge management
+ Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities
+ Measure results and optimize the lead nurturing workflows
+ Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email.

Must:
+ Deep Marketing Automation knowledge (5+ years)
+ Expert in B2B marketing including email marketing, lead generation, account-based marketing and other
+ HubSpot certification a must
+ Previous experience using alternative Marketing Automation platforms such as Marketo, Pardot
+ Strong background in Salesforce.com both usage and implementation
+ Extensive experience of digital marketing ideally in a B2B focused corporation
+ Outstanding English language skills, another language a plus
