Project Coordinator (m/f) Content Management

Our client is a leader in the development of mobility products within the automotive industry in Stuttgart.
The communications department is currently looking for expertise to conceptually develop automated processes and content management tools to service their ever-growing product portfolio.

Tasks:

- The goal of the project is to create automated processes for the review and integration of web and app content and to consolidate the content management tool environment
- Conduct interviews with all stakeholders and create a requirements catalogue
- Catalogue and review all content sources from the organisation
- Analyse and optimise content management processes
- Analyse all CMS tools and make process improvement recommendations
- Develop a tool strategy to optimise and support the agreed processes
- Support the creation of a Request for Proposal document for new CMS systems

Qualifications and Skills:

- Education in commercial information technology or media technology
- Experience in the conception of development processes and tools
- Experience in creating and optimising processes and tools in content management or development environments
- Expertise in Content Management nice to have
- Fluency in English is required, German not essential
