IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide administrative and logistical organisation to Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSL)/Medical Advisors (MA) for external scientific group meetings e.g., advisory boards, medical expert roundtables (this includes both preparation and follow-up of each event)
-Responsible for event contract management (preparation, sending, tracking and archiving) and sending invitations/tracking replies
-Submission of documents into the internal approval systems/processes (e.g. NP4)
-Book venues and meals, organise travels
-Key platform for communication and correspondence related to scientific events with internal departments and external contact partners, representing the Chief Scientific Officer and the Medical Department
-Coordination of tasks/activities with other CPO functions as needed to ensure quality and timeliness
-Invoice control and coordination with administrative assistant for budget planning & tracking and payments
-Provide additional administrative support for any other activity in the Medical department when needed
-Report any adverse event or technical quality complaint within 24h

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Related professional experience in a matrix environment
-Excellent project management skills, from planning to implementation and evaluation, and ability to deal successfully with several projects at the same time
-Attention to details and solution oriented
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-High learning agility
-Experience with budget planning and tracking
-Customer and quality focus
-Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
-German on native-speaker level, French fluent, English is of advantage
