IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Supporting project manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, reports and other project governance documentation as required
-Ensuring that project risks and issues are proactively highlighted to project manager
-Planning and monitoring of project activities, proactively engage and follow-up with responsible stakeholders at all levels
-Ensuring that regional project teams produce deliverables and project governance in timely fashion, on budget and to required standard
-Ensuring that internal and external project stakeholders are managed to ensure timely and high quality project delivery
-Managing expectations of stakeholders
-Ensuring that project team collaborates efficiently and effectively despite the challenges arising from geographically dispersed virtual team structure in matrix organization

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Project Management certification as well as ITIL certification
-Demonstrated experience in full life cycle of two or more organizational Change Management projects in complex matrix environment
-Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required
-Proven experience in working with and co-ordinating regionalised project teams and virtual teams spread across most global time-zones
-Experience working in organisational transformation projects
-Significant experience in managing internal and external stakeholders, coordinating multiple work-streams and managing organisation change
-Strong analytical and interpersonal skills are required as critical success factor for this role as is the ability to negotiate and influence stakeholders
-Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
-Previous work experience in pharmaceutical sector is an advantage
