IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coordinate and schedule operational tasks in data center
-Track execution of changes and deployments in data centers
-Own customer communication and escalation when needed
-Track tasks and bugs in portfolio and triage to team
-Monitor work efforts, get resources assigned, delegate tasks and report progress to team and various stakeholders
-Regularly meet with customers to follow up on project execution and collect feedback
-Identify possible integration projects
-Evaluate network infrastructure projects
-Document all project related assignments, issues and risks
-Assist with creating reports and presentations using a variety of office productivity tools
-Improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering, technical discipline or equivalent experience
-Fluent in English
-Experience in project management and tracking tools
-Basic Software engineering and web technologies knowledge (scripting, app engine, ...)
-Experience as System or Network Administrator
-Strong communication skills and a data driven analytical approach towards solving complex challenges
-Ability to interact with diverse technical and nontechnical groups, spanning all organizational levels
