WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Managing projects related to product installation
- Working with Word, Excel and Project
- Telephonic customer support
- Coordinating product installation events
- Set expectations and influence customers

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelor's degree in life science or technical area
- Experience in IVD industry or laboratory (sales, marketing or service areas) or medical device industry
- Experience in supply chain, distribution or any area involved directly with a customer
- Experience with a product line
- MS Word, Excel and Project

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience with contract negotiation
- Experience with blood glucose, anticoagulation hardware, software and reagents specific to the after care market
