PROJECT COORDINATOR needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in San Diego, CA.

This Project Coordinator position will be working in the Telecommunications industry so a strong background in Telecommunications and/or the Construction industry is a huge plus.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Prepare process and status reports, assign and monitor document numbers, and review documents for accuracy and completeness
- Load and maintain files of engineering drawings, project reports, specifications, product proposals and documentation
- Manage the technical customer relationship including developing technical requirements, review all customer deliverables and present technical solutions to the customer
- Manage the overall quality, time and costs to deliver specific requirements to meet customer satisfaction
- Prepare workload reports including overdue, status, in progress, etc.
- Track asset inventory and manage the provisioning of assets (such as laptops, software, phones and other similar engineering tools) for technical staff.
- Schedule and coordinate all aspects of the project work plan from pre-installation surveys, installations, service calls and customer follow ups as appropriate
- Identify resources needed and coordinate individual responsibilities
- Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing on to client
- Generate quotations that apply project standards and minimize our exposure on the project
- Ensure project documents are complete, processed and stored appropriately
- Facilitate Client meetings effectively
- Keep the project team well informed of changes and updates
- Ensure accurate invoicing and monitor procurement of materials for all projects
- Maintain and update Sage customer data base
- Document obstacles and delays and seek workarounds
- Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Typically requires a minimum of two (2) years of related experience;
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or Advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to investigate and solve complex problems and implement related work improvements with cross functional team members
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
- Ability to communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely, in writing and verbally
- Ability to actively listen and ask effective questions to accomplish tasks proficiently
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work in fast paced environment, and ability to meet deadlines
- Proven ability to effectively meet customer's needs, build productive internal and external stakeholder relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently
- Solid math skills
- Oracle experience preferred
- Ability to apply acquired skills and company policies to accomplish assigned tasks
