What You'll Be Doing:
- Assist in the coordination of operational aspects of ongoing projects by monitoring project progress, assessing issues, and problem solving with manager to ensure high quality and timely completion of all projects.
- Creating and maintaining a bibliography of publications
- Creating and updating slide decks
- Ordering and maintaining inventory of journal article reprints
- Coordinating and ordering references
- Maintaining SharePoint libraries of medical publications and medical affairs training material
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least one to two (1 - 2) years of work experience
- At least one (1) year of experience in medical communications, publishing, or pharmaceutical.
- At least one (1) year of experience in project management
- Intermediate level or higher skills in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional
