Project Coordinator-IT Admin

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in administrative functions of project related assignments including overall planning, tracking and documentation of one or several projects from the project proposal phase to the project closeout. This includes understanding project goals, deadlines, and financial boundaries so they can best allocate resources, bench-marking, scheduling project deadlines, and general coordination. This position develops status reports, minutes, and agendas, performs scheduling of meetings, tracks trends, develops and tracks risk analysis and management processes. The Project Coordinator is integrally involved with continuous improvement of project processes and procedures. Demonstrates problem solving expertise at the project activity level.

Responsibilities:

1. Project status reporting and consolidation.

2. Maintain SharePoint document repository.

3. Create and maintain project processes and documents.

4. Document meeting minutes.

5.Creates and maintains all related systems, training and governance documentation.

6. Plans, documents, forecasts, and tracks business processes.

Minimum Requirements:

- 3-5 years IT experience
- 1-2 years' experience administratively supporting IT projects
- 5-7 years of administrative experience.
- MS. Project, SharePoint, Visio experience
- Education: High School Diploma; Associate Degree preferred but not required

- Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing, including the ability to convey complex and technical subjects in a clear, concise and positive manner.
