PROJECT COORDINATOR HR WANTED FOR OUR ZURICH BASED CLIENT IN THE IT-SERVICE SECTOR.
YOUR TASKS:
- Regular collection of data from the outreach activities of multiple internal teams across the company as well as external partners
- Keeping central activity tracking databases up to date
- Producing monthly ROI reports and presentations to showcase the metrics to relevant stakeholders to raise visibility of activities internally and externally
- Coordinating consumer-facing case studies and working with Marketing team to manage video/image production, translation and proof-reading
- Production of internal and external facing blog posts, newsletters
- Various administrative duties and note-taking at meetings
- Processing contracts and payments
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- 1 year of experience in HR, staffing or a event planning environment
- Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, take initiative, work with a high sense of urgency, pay close attention to detail and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and clients at all organizational levels
- Ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage time efficiently
- High level of accuracy in data collection and interpretation and able to work in complex spreadsheet relational databases and reporting tools
- Exceptional customer service and verbal/written communication skills with an emphasis on tact, diplomacy and producing quality results
- Strong problem solving skills and with process-oriented approach to tasks
- Willing and flexible to take on new administrative and organisational areas of work as required
- LANGUAGES: FLUENT ENGLISH BOTH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN
