PROJECT COORDINATOR - GOOGLE SUITE - PHARMA - SWITZERLAND

Nextlink is having an existing position as Project Coordinator for a transitioning External Business Partner project, in Switzerland.

Your role will be to support the ExBP Project manager to cover the PMO type aspects, you will be coordinating and keeping current of the integrated project plan as well as tracking and reporting of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies and Decisions (RAID)

You will be tracing and coordinating of financials and accruals and follow up on local and global invoices from vendor within Perform System

You will be coordinating and supporting to onboard of new team members.

PROJECT COORDINATOR - QUALIFICATION:

- 5 years' experience in providing PMO support
- Experience in supporting and coordinating deployments in a Global Environment
- Have worked with virtual teams and flexible to cover different time zones globally
- MS Office products, especially with MS Project
- Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
- University Degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)

PROJECT COORDINATOR - NICE TO HAVE:

- Project or Project Workstream Management
- German or Spanish speaking
- Experience with Project Management Methodolody
- Experience with Ariba, Perform, Clarity, Project Library tools
