This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PROJECT COORDINATOR to join a large program in a 12 month contract.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

The Project Co-ordinator is responsible for the efficient day to day operational running of the PMO. They will require minimal supervision and take ownership of tasks through to completion.

THEY ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR:

- Assisting with other administrative and logistical tasks as directed by the Program Director and PMO Lead.
- Document production and collation and publishing of ERP Program status reports.
- Secretariat support, meeting minutes and tracking schedules.
- Interview confirmations.
- Conference/meeting room bookings.
- Co-ordination of logistics for workshops and presentations.

SELECTION CRITERIA

- Experience as Business or Office manager for a large team.
- Experience as a PMO manager or Co-ordinator on large projects.
- High level of time management skills and organisational ability.
- Demonstrated ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision and take ownership for managing to completion.
- Skilled in use of MS Office and tools such as MS Project and Visio.
- Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
