For our client, a pharmaceutical company in Switzerland, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious:
PROJECT COORDINATOR - CHANGE MANAGEMENT
PROJECT BACKGROUND:
It is a regional implementation of a global IT User Services project. The Project contains multiple work-streams and impacts multiple support sites.
We are looking for a candidate with string planning & scheduling skills who has experience with managing multiple workstreams.
TASKS:
- Supporting the Project Manager in developing and maintaining project schedules, reports and other project governance documentation as required
- Ensuring that Project risks and issues are proactively highlighted to the project manager
- Planning and monitoring of project activities, proactively engage and follow-up with responsible stakeholders at all levels
- Ensuring that the project workstreams produce deliverables and project governance in a timely fashion, on budget and to the required standard
- Ensuring that Internal and External Project Stakeholders are managed to ensure timely and high quality project delivery
- Managing expectations of stakeholders and ensuring that the project team collaborates efficiently and effectively despite the challenges arising from a geographically dispersed virtual team structure in a Matrix organisation
REQUIREMENTS:
- Project Management Certification, ITIL certification
- Demonstrated experience in full life cycle of two or more Organizational Change Management projects in a complex Matrix environment
- Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management skills, influencing and negotiating skills and flexibility required
- Must have proven experience in working with and co-ordinating regionalised project teams and virtual teams
- Fluent in English
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience in a Pharmaceutical environment
- Flexible to travel within Europe
- Other languages
STARTING DATE: 05.09.2016
DURATION: TILL 30.06.2017
LOCATION: BASEL (REMOTE WOULD BE POSSIBLE UP TO ONE DAY/WEEK PRIOR TO APPROVAL)
