SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Good technical background
- Practical working experience in the domain of IT Security
- Good knowledge and practice of ITIL processes:
- ITIL V3 foundation recommended
- Experience with Prince2/PM² methodologies
- Experience with working in a multicultural and international environment is an asset
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Ability to adapt to changes quickly
DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
- Organize and conduct meetings
- Prepare proposals, draft meeting conclusions and obtain agreements
- Implement and supervise operational procedures of the customer
