Project Coordinator Asien Project (m/w)

Currently we are looking for a project coordinator (m/f).

Your tasks:
+ Arrange for meetings between team members, and between team members and clients
+ Keep detailed project notes and records
+ Create project schedules
+ Create tangible task lists for team members
+ Monitor project progress and track task lists
+ Support Asian colleagues in doing their tasks by using an pragmatic approach
+ GxP training for asian colleagues
+ Track and manage necessary paperwork, support documentation
+ Communicate with team members to ensure optimal strategy and maximum efficiency
+ Facilitate internal & external audits
-+Translate between German and Asian culture.

+ Degree in chemical / pharmaceutical / microbiological science / engineering with 10+ years of experience in pharmaceutical / medical device companies or CRO
+ Wide knowledge in pharmaceutical manufacturing packaging processes and equipment
+ Experienced in analytical test methods
+ Deep understanding of qualification and validation processes according to cGMP guidelines
+ Knowledge in ISO 13485, ISO 14971
+ Experienced in managing a team in operations and logistics
+ Languages: German, English (business fluent), ideally Chinese
+ Experience in setting up and evaluating complex projects
+ Experience in Asia sourcing
+ High degree in analytical thinking, assertiveness and problem solving
+ Global mind, ability and ambition to cooperate with Asian culture
+ Mobility: frequent traveler, willingness to spend > 70% of working time in Asia
