Project Coordinator/Agile Coach

Emagine is seeking and experienced Project Coordinator with good knowledge of Agile for our client, the world's leading Travel Software Company. The Project Management Office ensures the use of efficient Project Development methodologies, introducing and enabling the use of standard methodologies like CMMI, Agile and Lean. Key to this is the provision of coaching and training services. The role includes: Introduction of Agile/Lean framework into the commercial organization and R Developing partnerships with Local PMOs; Using Lean techniques to eliminate waste; Giving Training on Agile framework and standard' (waterfall) methodologies; Evangelising the company's methodology and tools; Developing and improving methodologies; Coaching Managers and Directors in Large projects.

Skills and Experience:
Candidates should have 2-5 years' experience in supporting Agile in a large SW development/SW R A deep understanding of Agile Methodologies, tools and best practices; Ability to Define KPI showing benefits of Agile/Lean; Excellent organisational skills; Good communication, influencing and rapport building skills; Strong analytical skills; The ability to develop and deliver training; Degree or Masters Qualification in Engineering and or Processes; Fluency in English; Experience in working in an international organisation. You should be able to commit to a long-term position.
