DESCRIPTION

WORK IN LARGE CORPORATE-WIDE, HETEROGENEOUS, DISTRIBUTED SYSTEMS ACCESS REQUEST PROCESSING.

ANALYZE SECURITY STATE OF EXISTING APPLICATION PROCESSING AND FORMULATING RECOMMENDATIONS FOR POLICIES, PROCEDURES, AND TECHNOLOGIES TO ASSURE SECURITY AND PROPER END USER APPLICATIONS SECURITY LEVELS FOR MULTIPLE CONTACT CENTERS.

INDEPENDENTLY INITIATES, INVESTIGATES, DOCUMENTS, AND ANALYZES CLIENT REQUIREMENTS IN PROJECT AREAS SUCH AS: NEW/EXISTING BUSINESS OPERATING MODELS WITH INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO SOLUTIONS SUPPORT, MARKET RESEARCH OF EMERGING OR AVAILABLE PRODUCT FUNCTIONALITY AND OPERATIONAL READINESS ASSESSMENT.

DEVELOPS BUSINESS CASES WITH COST, SERVICE, AND BENEFIT DIMENSIONS OF PROPOSED PROJECTS THAT ARE USED AT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTIVE LEVELS FOR FUNDING AND SCOPE DECISIONS.

CONDUCTS WORKFLOWS, PROCESS DIAGRAMS, GAP ANALYSIS AND DEVELOPMENT OF PROJECT PLANS.

PROVIDES REGULAR REPORTING TO OPERATIONS/TRAINING AND PMO LEADERSHIP ENSURING MEASUREMENTS ARE IN PLACE TO VALIDATE THE SUCCESSFUL IMPLEMENTATION, TESTING AND TRACKING OF ALL REQUESTED APPLICATIONS AND THE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF ALL ACCOUNT ACQUISITION AND TERMINATION REQUESTS AND ISSUES.

Maintains relationship with all system owners to ensure strong partnership exists.

Top Required Skills:
Experience in user account provisioning activities in an Identity & Access Management Services related environment.
Knowledge or SOX Security Controls and how they relate to Identity & Access Management Services.
Use Remedy and SharePoint to create, resolve and monitor incoming requests and problems.
Identifies and documents cross-functional and/or cross-divisional, functional requirements, workflow, information sources and distribution paths, and system/process specifications.
Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines.

Desired skills:
Experience working in Contact Centers.
Experience working with Remedy.
Able to prioritize work to meet service level agreements.
Able to communicate with the Business.

Educational Requirement:

BACHELOR\'S DEGREE IN BUSINESS/HEALTH CARE ADMINISTRATION, OR EQUIVALENT EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED
