MY DUTIES:

-Create, manage, maintain and update schedules for multiple, large or complex projects and programs as directed
-Develop procedures to improve scheduling processes
-Perform analysis and develop timelines for completion of tasks
-Keep Project Managers informed of impacts to project schedule and assure that schedule data is provided for portfolio analysis as required
-Track project and program performance against budgets as directed
-Maintain accurate records of committed, expended and forecast costs
-Establish goods receipts, POs, and manage payment of invoices
-Assure that cost data is provided for portfolio analysis as required
-Assure that Issues, Risks and Opportunities are identified and tracked
-Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, take meeting notes/minutes
-Support effective onboarding and offboarding of project/program team members
-Help to document project/program success criteria, objectives, measures and standards and assess and track value as directed

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Project management and business or industry-related subject or equivalent related work experience
-Profound experience in related fields and/or in the area of project coordination, customer support and administration
-Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills across cultures
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Experience with Microsoft Project and Visio preferred
