6-MONTH PART TIME CONTRACT POSITION

JOB TITLE:  Project Coordinator, National Market Strategy

LOCATION:  Oakland, CA

CLIENT:  One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

PAY RATE:  $22/hr W2

SCOPE OF PROJECT:

- Research and build multiple programs that support membership growth
- Triage incoming projects
- Provide overall support for member engagement activities

HOURS:

- 8:30 AM 1 12:30 PM (4 hours) with some flexibility

SIZE OF TEAM:

- 7 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Provides project support to team of Engagement Consultants responsible for managing member Responsible for working with marketing, digital/Internet services and Engagement Consultants to manage member communications and web properties
- Track and manage projects to support programs
- Creates documentation, including creation of templates and reporting files
- Review marketing copy and websites
- Track and manage member marketing projects
- Coordinate team feedback for custom member marketing projects
- Coordinate and document financial approvals for member marketing projects

REQUIREMENTS (MUST HAVE):

- BA/BS preferred plus minimum experience (but high school with extensive experience is OK)
- Minimum 3+ years' direct relevant experience
- Excellent writing/editing skills; attention to detail
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to resolve problems without delay and/or to seek managerial intervention and operate under stressful, time-sensitive deadlines

DESIRED SKILLS:

- Advanced knowledge of Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, required
- Computer Literacy, Survey Monkey, research skills
- Fundamental knowledge of Salesforce, Google Analytics, Webtrends, WordPress, Brainshark, and WebEx is desirable but not required
