Project Coordinator - 6-Month Contract (Possible Conversion)

PROJECT COORDINATOR

DURATION:  6-month contract (W2) - with possible conversion to FTE

LOCATION:  Pleasanton, CA  94588

JOB NUMBER:  49234

CLIENT:  One of the country's largest health care and health plan providers

PAY RATE:  $22/hr

TOP DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop and maintain a detailed schedule across various projects which includes tracking of contractor costs, project milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate meetings, including room reservations, food ordering, travel arrangements and expense reports
- Maintain Director's calendar
- Participate in team meetings, including preparing/editing presentations and maintaining meeting minutes and action items
- Maintain repository of project deliverables, artifacts, etc.

REQUIREMENTS - LIST EXPERIENCE ON RESUME:

- HS diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- 5+ years in corporate office setting
- MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Lotus Notes, PeopleSoft (OneLink, MyHR) strongly preferred
- Strong organization skills
- Strong verbal communication with executives, managers, team members and other resources such as help desk, procurement, etc.
- Strong interpersonal and written communication skills for the above
- Proactive and resourceful
- Independent initiative
