Project Coordinator - 3 Months (M17)

This well established and innovative organisation has an exciting contract opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join their team.

You will be working with a team where your responsibilities involve delivery of IT and Corporate Information Services to internal and external members. Supporting the IT infrastructure and business applications, ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget, and will be accountable for the financial, resource and risk management, reporting and governance requirements.  Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and managing project plans and reporting on project progress, identifying and influencing project stakeholders.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU MUST HAVE:

- Solid experience managing multiple Information System projects using a project management methodology
- Demonstrated experience with Information System Implementations or Upgrades
- Strong experience in all components of project management from design to delivery, from project initiation to execution
- Stakeholder engagement experience
- Certification in Project Management - either Prince2, PMI and/or RegPM
- Experience with Microsoft Project, MS Visio, MS Excel
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
