Project Coordinator

Description:
-This position will provide overall project support and coordination for the entire Small Business health care reform project team.
-The coordinator will also provide administrative and analytical support to Program Managers on the team.
-Create and disseminate information (Project Plan, etc.), to project team members.
-Researches, compiles, and formats information into databases and spreadsheets.
-Responsible for organizational level operations including coding invoices, and acting as a liaison to Finance.
-Manage contractor invoices to ensure appropriate application of cost centers and GL spending categories; monitors for accurate processing through A/P and ensures accuracy against HIX budget.
-Meeting scheduling and planning
-Meeting notes creation
-Project plan creation and tracking
-Meeting facilitation

Requirements:
-Demonstrated experience in project coordination.
-This person must have experience with the creation and tracking of project plans, databases, spreadsheets, financial invoicing, and budgeting.
-Extremely organized, proficient in project planning/processes, high attention to detail.
-Functions as an information source on organization policies and procedures.
-Health care experience preferred.
-High school diploma or GED required, BA or BS preferred
