Project Coordinator wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor degree in Biochemistry, Chemical or Biochemical Engineering, Microbiology, Biotechnology or other Life Science-related field
- 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical industry with at least 1 year involvement in Project or Change Management
- Strong analytical and communicational skills coupled with a focus on business awareness and hands on to navigate execution in a highly matrixed environment
- Profound knowledge of MS Office applications and the ability to work in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, German is highly desired
YOUR TASKS:
- Maintaining overall action item dashboard, schedule, budget, and routine reports to sponsors and stakeholders in addition to monitoring departmental development activities for assigned projects
- Supporting the preparation and facilitation of cross functional team meetings as well as drafting meeting minutes and arrange reviews and finalisations
- Reviewing scientific reports for data consistency and providing support in forecasting, managing against and reporting actuals against assigned budget
- Facilitating monthly highlights and business reports along with generating expense reports
- Assisting with onboarding activities and similar departmental needs and leading travel planning
- Ensuring to keep information up to date and accessible
