Project Coordinator

Our client, one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies based in Basel, is now looking for PROJECT COORDINATOR.

This is a contractual role starting ASAP until end of 2019.

Responsibilities:

- Support with administrative, reporting, communication and planning activities
- Coordination of project activities and project streams
- Follow-up of activities with the different stream leads and the project team in order to ensure deliveries in scope and in time
- Identification, analysis, resolution and eventual escalation of project issues
- Updating and coordinating updates of project documentation

Must Have:

- 5+ years of experience in project coordination/project management
- Understanding of CSV in a pharmaceutical Manufacturing area
- Excellent communication skills
- Stakeholder Management experience
- Fluent in English

Nice to have:

- Experience in Manufacturing IT and/or Shop-floor IT systems (ideally Shop-floor Serialization)
- Experience global/multi-site Manufacturing projects
- Experience in Clarity and MyPMM
- German language
