Projektbeschreibung

Harvey Nash is looking for a Project Coordinator for the Project Management Office for a 5 + month project in Switzerland.

The role is for seeking support for the project execution phase in the project coordination area.

You are responsible for

- Supporting the project management team in the required administrative and organizational activities to deliver the project on the approved baseline.
- Supporting the project management team in tracking of the project progress in accordance to the project baseline planning.
- Helping to gather and providing accurate, timely and fit for purpose project status reporting using established norms and reporting tools of our project portfolio.
- Supporting management of risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the project manager, head of the PMO and other project team members and propose appropriate mitigation actions.
- Performing tracking of resource allocation against baseline and provide the appropriate transparency to the project management team.
- Performing tracking of project financials (such as accruals, quotations, purchase orders, invoices) and follow up with external vendors where required.
- Managing the project documentation repositories (such as gDrive, Project Library) to ensure project documentation progress and sign-off
- Ensuring quick on-boarding by facilitating the required project related administrative activities (such as access management, distribution lists, org charts etc.).
- Maintaining the project mailbox and active monitoring of the internal social media channels to ensure information is forwarded as required.
- Supporting the project management in the appropriate involvement of project resources across the project.

Requirements

- University Degree or equivalent education (Engineering, Management or Computer science preferred)
- Experience in providing administrative support with similar tasks within an international environment with multiple work streams/stakeholders, 1-2 years of project management related experience plus
- Management of finances for a large project or similar organization/experience in Financial Controlling
- Experience working with Global Virtual teams
- Very good grasp of Google suite (Google Docs, Sheets and Slides, gDrive, gSites, G+ Forums and Google Forms)
- Experience using MS Office products and tools for project scheduling (Smartsheet is a plus)
- Experience with PMM and with the tools involved for maintaining a project (Ariba, Perform, Clarity, Project Library, etc.) is a very, very big plus
- Ability to work/communicate effectively in English speaking business environment (business fluent in speaking and writing), additional languages are a plus
- Team player and flexible to cover different time zones globally
- High proficiency in working virtually is a must
- Detail-oriented, with patience for management of complex financials
- Self-organized
- Strong task management/action tracking for managing own workload
- Very good English language skills; + German, Spanish, other languages
- CSV background and experience in working with IT Quality
- Experience in multi-site deployment projects
