WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT COORDINATOR - CONTRACT 40/60%
INDUSTRY: Leading International Organisation
POSITION: Contract Opportunity
LOCATION: Geneva area
START DATE: starting end of August/early September till December 2016
WORKING RATE: 2 to 3 days per week

We are looking at finding the right profile to coordinate and provide overall team assistance and project management expertise to HQ Team Members of our client.
This role is responsible for the deployment of OSCAR (ie implementation of JDE Edwards ERP solution) in client HQ (scope: restricted to pilot activities). Specifically, planning, workload control, updating of project schedules, organizing meeting and document delivery as well as the go live of the new OSCAR process.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage project progress to ensure it is within budget and schedule and monitor workload
Ensure appropriate stakeholder engagement and management
Collect business requirements
Define and validate process with key stakeholders
Accomplishes work requirements by orienting, assigning, scheduling, and coaching the HQ project team members.
Meets work standards by following document production, quality; resolving operational problems; identifying work process improvements.
Coordinate tool configuration
Coordinate pilot and implementation (training, change management)
Participates to documents delivery
