We are currently looking for a Project Coordinator/Manager (Pharmaceutical Sector)
Job Description:
The purpose of the "Dossier Rebaselining Project" is to carry out a compliance review of the regulatory and quality documents with respect to the Products.
The project manager will provide all the necessary documents and records in a timely manner so that where necessary remediation Services could be undertaken
in accordance with agreed timelines. Time shall be of the essence to the Agreement and both Parties shall endeavor to comply in a timely manner with their respective
obligations and complete the Services within the timelines agreed.
In that framework, the contractor will be in charge of verifying multiple information for regulatory files against data set in internal information systems and/or supportive software.
She/He will liaise with all company departments that carried out regulatory information such as QA, QC, production and GRA.
The contractor will be responsible for:
- the coordination and completion of project.
- Overseeing all aspects of short-term project or certain aspects of long-term project.
- Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing progress of project.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Works under immediate supervision.
Up to 3 years' experience in this field.
As the workload could be variable in time and quantity, other supportives activities to QA operations would be added in the scope of the consultant based on her/his competencies and capacities.
This particular point will be discussed further during candidate interview.
