- This role will be working in the installation project working with the customer, vendors, and project team to schedule installations.
- This role will also report and track PO's from the customer and prepare billing information for invoicing.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for scheduling installation visits with customer location and vendor as well as updating the site list when a new PO is received.
- Also responsible for supporting the project manager with billing reports and reconciliations.
- The role will be to enter PO information into a project tracking system, following up and clarifying any missing PO information with the customer
- Schedule upcoming installations with the customer and installation technicians, as well as track and update installation progress for the project team and customer.
- Assist the project PM with billing and other project activities.
- Ability to work afternoon/evening hours to support field staff in check-in/check-out of sites
- Support Senior PM's with schedule analysis
- Provide general PMO administrative support
- An ability to accurately present and review detail related to installation work
SKILLS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3 or more years of experience with retail installations.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work independently of direct supervision.
- Excellent communication skills are required with a heavy emphasis on phone communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required.
- Excellent Client Relationship skills, representing the delivery team and ensuring that the project is delivered to commitments.
- Ability to work effectively in a time critical environment
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Solid working knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management is a plus
- Field service experience is a plus
- Field project rollout is a plus
- Experience with major retail companies is a plus
- Experience with project planning, scheduling, tracking and reporting
- Proven Experience in all aspects of Project coordination/management especially:
o Schedule Management,
o Scope and Change management
o Issue and Risk Management
o Stakeholder Management and Communication
