Project Coordinator

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

- Performs a wide range of coordination and organizational support duties, including managing highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Responsible for collecting and reviewing monthly project and portfolio reports from Genesis, portfolio/project management system, budget reports, training initiatives and action items.
- Expected to proactively identify areas of gaps or emerging issues and bring them to the relevant leader's attention and drive timely resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsibility for proactive oversight of calendars and time management for Sr. Directors/Directors including resolving scheduling conflicts, meeting arrangement across global time zones, and international travel arrangements.
- Event planning for major training or portfolio sessions.
- Driving and completing the monthly Genesis GPM capacity reports and coordinating tri-annual GR capable of self directed work
- BS degree preferred in a business, scientific, or technical area.
- Fast Moving Consumer Goods or OTC experience with product launches involving drug development/clinical programs is highly desired
- Strong proficiency in utilizing MS Office suite software including, Microsoft Project for timelines, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & MS Word, and SharePoint.
- Visio a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to project teams & executives
- Performance driven & extremely detail oriented
- Attention to detail in ensuring a high quality work product is essential.
- Resourceful and Proactive in problem solving and capable of follow up and timely management of project deliverables
- Independently able to prioritize work deliverables & understand what is important to the business.
- Exceptional organizational skills that allows for timely delivery of work products and identifies pinch points when deliverables need reprioritization
- Agility to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrates strong partnering and collaboration skills as needed to complete work product - a real team player who has lead and worked on cross functional projects
