The modifications to the program present unique opportunities - test implementer functionality, monitor behavioral-based savings results from segmented customer populations, enable targeted messaging, increase awareness of marketed initiatives, explore ways to leverage meter deployment, and greatly impact customer experience through a variety of enhancements. Customers have access to an online portal where they can, among other features, view their usage data, view the entire library of energy saving tips and advice, and create a plan for saving. The program elements will consist of testing effectiveness through innovative segmentation messaging, utilization of data analytics, and methodologies that support energy savings.

PROJECT COORDINATOR TASKS
Monitor returned mail
Respond to customer letters
Track escalated incidents
Conduct QA checks on returned mail and printed materials
Process bill payments sent to P.O. Box in error
Update project management tool
Prepare agenda and resources for weekly/quarterly meetings
Organize training and ongoing communication
Coordinate marketing approvals

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Support behavioral programs by handling project scheduling, tracking and collateral approval management. Responsible for reviewing customer data outputs, segmentation, and address customer feedback in efforts to improve satisfaction and elevate customer experience.
Work closely with Program Manager and vendor(s) to implement assigned aspects of behavioral programs and ad-hoc support of residential energy efficiency programs.
Lead preparation and coordination of training, events, and ongoing communication both internal and external.

SKILLS:

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or closely related discipline
Experience in coordinating meetings, schedules, work plans and resources
Demonstrated and documented success at project tracking, PMP not required
Ability to interpret and analyze data and information used in projects and resolve discrepancies or problems

DESIRED SKILLS:
Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to accurately review and complete detail oriented information
Ability to conceptualize and organize project planning processes
Responsible and able to function under minimal supervision
