Project Coordinator

Great opportunity to work for a real leader in their field, my client is a high end exciting technology focussed organisation which has one of the most interesting work environments around, they are always in the media and are looking for a great Project Coordinator with a creative edge to their personality.

The Role:

Supporting and reporting into the Program Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Program Manager with challenging projects of varying complexities whilst maintaining a cool and calm presence. Additionally, you will be responsible for acting as the key intermediary between the Project Manager and Project Back Office, whilst simultaneously working closely with wider managers and engineers.

- Provide Status Reports
- Ensure documentation is distributed in a timely manner
- Maintain registers
- Implement processes to ensure proper tracking
- Updating and maintaining SharePoint

Projects:

You will work on array of strategic projects, from Website Refreshes, Pricing and Packaging projects, Content reviews, Procurement initiatives.

Your Background:

- Experienced project Coordinator is needed, we are looking for a pure Project Coordinator that has at least 4 years of experience.
- Experience in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Experience working with SharePoint systems.
- Must be highly organised, have high attention to detail
- Clear Communication skills are a must
