Project Coordinator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our client in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- The role of the Project Coordinator supports the Market(s) Contracts Manager by maintaining the distribution and maintenance of the flow of documents, records, files, prepares visual presentations and reports from a single or multiple project team request.
- Responsible for all documenting and tracking of project deliverables by project staff to ensure timely data entry for Real Time status reporting to the VP & Director, Subcontract Administration through Contracts Manager, NTX & STX Market(s).
- The PA will be responsible for setting up records, files, and supplies required for maintaining a project office. As directed by Contracts Manager prepares status reports for management, client, personnel or others, and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Strict control, maintenance and distribution of Subcontractor Share point files, including but not limited to all agreement forms, pricing Matrix's, records, and licensing as needed.
- Additional database management - Updating weekly in the required databases, internal or external via Oracle, VPM, UA, CASPR, SITERRA, NORAD SiteHandler or any required system.
- Attend, organize and distribute required material for any meeting, presentation, conference call and/or training session as directed by the Contracts Manager.
- Record and distribute minutes for all meetings as requested.
- The control and maintenance of project trackers through MS Excel or MS Project.
- Maintenance and posting of project Safety records, files, reports and documents required by company procedures.
