Project Coordinator

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our client in Norristown, PA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Under direct supervision of a project manager, a portfolio manager, or a program manager, coordinates the activities needed to run multiple, complex cross-functional projects.
- Responsibilities include coordinating the activities of multiple cross-functional work groups and project teams to ensure compliance with project plans, maintaining issues and coordinating activities to resolve issues, monitoring and reporting progress toward achieving milestones.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Four (4) year college degree
- Either MS Project Server experience or five (5) years of MS Project experience
- Two (2) years of MS SharePoint Administration
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server or five (5) years of experience with Microsoft Project (in lieu of MS Project Server) required.
- Experience with Microsoft SharePoint or two (2) years of experience with other collaboration, groupware, or other knowledge management software required.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating project and portfolio activities with systems administration work experience.
- Detail-oriented, process-centric, with ability to multi-task and interface with all levels.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Systems Administration experience
