Project Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Validate with client business units and sites management acceptance of readiness for Windows 7 migration prior to scheduling business unit/site (users, locations, hardware, applications, scheduling timeframes)
- Coordinate with Communications Lead for communications to business unit contacts based on the Communications Plan
- Contact business unit/site contacts to validate scheduled deployment times and details for users (subsequent to Site/Business Unit Coordinator validation of all application, user, hardware and general group scheduling timeline validation and business unit acceptance)
- Schedule machines for deployment days in CompuCom deployment tracking system upon validation with site/business unit contacts
- Escalate user change requests for variances in software, hardware or schedule

REQUIREMENTS:

- 3 to 5 years' experience
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, pivot tables) and web based data entry software
- Excellent time management and ability to organize and coordinate multiple activities concurrently
- Self-motivation and proven ability to problem solve and lead coordination activities with minimal oversight
