RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as single point of contact to a Business Unit Project Manager.
- Gathers accurate estimates from technical teams and delivers to the PM.
- Provides input to PM's documentation and artifacts.
- Performs resource estimates and secure those resources on behalf of the PM.
- Submits purchase requests for infrastructure components on behalf of the PM.
- Assists with communications for initiatives.
- Provide health reports to Implementation Leaders.
- Establishes and provides status reporting input to the PM.
- Leads small initiatives and process improvements
- Builds strong relationships across towers within the organization.
- Builds strong relationships with the various PM's engaged on a daily basis.
REQUIRED SKILLS represents the organization to customers and other external sources.
- Interpersonal skills to support team building: Builds mutual trust and encourages respect and cooperation among team members.
- Ability to establish alliances with other departments and organizations through recognition of dependencies, driving partnership and commitment to the program.
- Project and resource management, the ability to build and manage a portfolio of small projects requests and delivers on these.
