Project Coordinator

We are looking for a Project Coordinator/Business Analyst to assist with project tasks, as well as focus on process improvements and gap analysis. This position takes project requests, inputs them into the system, and monitors them through the process to make sure they get done.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Set up new projects based on request forms
- Update existing projects with notes and status updates
- Maintain meeting agendas and minutes
- Serve as backup for running project meetings
- Run frequent exception reports to ensure data accuracy and process adherence
- Act as a communication broker within the business community and development teams to ensure projects are appropriately scheduled and sized
- Perform various tasks necessary to support data and process monitoring for projects
- Look for Process Improvements and control gaps

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- A background as a Project Coordinator with some analysis experience and understanding of Project Management.
- Experience with Excel - able to build forms and Front End tools, use tools for analysis, create pivot tables, etc.
