Project Coordinator

IMMEDIATE NEED:Leading Owner/operator of pipelines throughout the US has immediate need for a Field Analyst with 2+ years field experience in the oil & gas, chemical or power industry to provide clerical and technical document control support to the project team for a 11 month assignment from our office in the Oklahoma City OK area. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Work with Inspection and engineers to ensure they have appropriate documentation such as Material Test reports..
- Dealing with all documentation audits

REQUIREMENTS

- 2+ years of field project support experience (cost analysis, contracts, and or buyer) from the oil & gas, chemical or power plant sector.
- Proficient with Sharepoint, Word, Oracle and Teamwork or similar and can learn
- Good communication, interpersonal, organizational and team skills
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize workload, bring issues forward and develop working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Detail oriented and ability to work independently
