Project Coordinator

Yoh has an exciting contract opportunity for a PROJECT COORDINATOR to join our Client, an Energy Company in St Petersburg, FL.

Job Overview:
As a Senior (Sr.) Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for support the IT project management team with invoice management, deliverable management, change control, status reporting, scheduling, and other project management responsibilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
- General Project Management
- Project Status Updates and Reporting
- Meeting Coordination and Facilitation
- Develop Gating materials and ensure project tracking
- Project status tracking and reporting
- Change Control and Process Management
- Project financials analysis, financials, and reconciliation

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Formal PMP certification, or record of formal PMP training
- Five plus (5+) years of experience working on large-scale Information Technology and/or Telecom projects
- Three plus (3+) years of experience as a project coordinator and/or project manager.
- Undergraduate College degree required, technology-related degrees preferred
- Ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications:
- Advanced experience with Demand Response IT systems and systems integration technologies with related utilities company operations.
