DESCRIPTION:
Document version control
Tracks all changes and maintains edit log
Incorporates approved changes to the documents
Edits and track process workflows
Distributes and/or posts updated documents to the appropriate internal sites
Other administrative duties
Supports team at regional level (supporting document and tracking, updates, etc.)
Calendaring and meeting minutes
Works with design and branding vendors when needed
Coordinate across all levels of management within PFO
Respond to multiple communication streams
Liaison with external vendors to support internal initiatives
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 1 year experience supporting a director level or higher. The experience is not as important as the skills.
The manager needs someone with STRONG Visio, PPT, and MS Word skills.
STRONG time management
Advanced MS Office skills
Adobe PDF
Strong written communication skills
Strong verbal communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred
Lotus Notes Experience a plus
There could be some travel (may be some facility visits one day a week). Mileage would be reimbursed.
Standard Work Hours: 8 - 5, Mon - Fri
