Project Controls Manager

Following attributes are required:

- Bachelor Degree Education in Engineering Discipline
- Understanding of Engineering, Procurement and Construction of industrial project
- 5 years of experience in large industrial projects, related to process industry

Soft skills requirements

- Candidate needs to be autonomous. It must be a doer that get obtain requested data autonomously (manhours, progress, etc)
- Good communicator towards engineering team and capable of checking & challenging manhours and progress
- Experience with schedule development at all levels (level 1 to 4), including knowledge of productivity factors.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Critical path project programmes at a level which conveys suitable information
- Ensure procedures and process are adhered to
- Progress schedule weekly with ability to produce reports
- Analysis project programmes and prepare short narrative on Status
- Develop area's of the schedule to provide further clarity
- Ability to challenge logic and durations
- Schedule input to month reporting
- Ensure quality of schedule is consistent to best practice
- Produce Earned Value Curves
- Follow up of tracking systems
- Understanding of Baseline development and concept

Tasks

- Follow-up engineering schedule weekly, update schedule accordingly & report on progress
- Develop further Level 3 construction & procuremenmt schedule.
- Load manhours (labor) & cost into construction schedule to produce expenditure curves
- Prepare handover schedule to EPCM

Tools:

- Master of Primavera P6
- Proficient with Excel
- Experience with Sharepoint
- Power BI is a plus
