Project Overview:

Undertake Project/Programme Controls activities, planning and assurance related to ensuring that contract delivery requirements are met, and that SLC's are performing in line with the business model and appropriate contract.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Planning of Assurance activities on a risk based approach; providing critical oversight of SLC activities to inform prioritised assurance activities. Assurance Reviews and completion of Assurance Reports; assigned to routine and adhoc assurance reviews to support governance and sanction. Analysis and Assessment of SLC outputs; evaluation of Contractor compliance, assessment of performance and validation of deliverables. Guidance to various teams; specialist support to assigned area of work providing clarification regarding Programmeformulate recommendations to inform management decisions

Qualification, Experience & Skills:

* Educated to Degree standard, preferably in a related field such as Engineering or Science.
* Programme/Project management experience.
* Membership of accredited professional bodies related to Project Controls activities.
* Extensive practical experience essential in project management, project controls, scheduling, cost engineering or estimating, codes of accounts or work breakdown structures and general technical knowledge.
* Experience of engagement with large, complex business environments, government or highly regulated organisations, private industry, professional services or consultancy. Such experience to include operating or engaging at a senior management level.
* Clear communication, leadership, proactive, team working and motivational skills.
