PROJECT CONTROLLER/MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT/+6 MAANDEN/AMSTERDAM

Project controller/Management Consultant gezocht voor 1 van onze klanten in Amsterdam voor een periode van +6 maanden. In deze rol als Project Controller ben je mede verantwoordelijk voor het verder professionaliseren van de afdeling Portfolio Project Control. De focus in deze rol ligt op het opstellen en implementeren van beleid. We zijn op zoek naar iemand met veel ervaring in Stakeholdermanagement.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verbeteren van demand portfolio management binnen TOPS en het ontwikkelen en implementeren van nieuwe rapportages; bijv het ontwikkelen van een Project Funnel rapportage.

JOB DELIVERABLES:

- Coaches Management Consultants I and supports the Management Team.
- Composes and consolidates information for discussion in the MT.
- Initiates and facilitates stakeholder meetings and participates in the knowledge groups.
- Provides management instruments and keeps up with relevant management developments and techniques.
- Translates developments and management needs into specifications for management instruments.
- Defines administrative and managerial structures and Analyses management needs and developments to define durable structural solutions.
- Provides strategic advices, collects, interprets and analyses internal and external relevant management developments to forecast the consequences for the long and short term.
- Provides and coordinates the up to date and accurate delivery management information.
- Coordinates the implementation of strategic advices.
- Coordinates the implementation of programmes such as the Performance management cycle, year plans and Requests for Advice (Ava's).
- Analyses surveys, defines action plans and coordinates follow up. Initiates and develops knowledge specific parts of strategic plans, challenges plans.

KNOWLEDGE AND COMMUNICATION:

- Bachelor in Business, Management or related area with a degree and 3-5 years experience in organisation development and management. (Must have)
- Experience of the banking and or financial services sectors and a broad understanding of the banking sector and current trends, experience of relevant TOPS organisations and functions and knowledge and understanding of relevant TOPS strategy and objectives. (Must have)
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and IT tools and applications relevant to the job. Must have)
- Competent in the use of relevant IT tooling and systems (Must have)
- Informs and advises the MT on various topics and project either directly or via the Management Consultant III or Head of Management Support. (Must have)
- Converses on a daily basis with the Management Consultant II or III or Head of Management Support on the status of his/her work.
